You've received your package but you're not satisfied with your purchase? You can return the product if it does meet our return policy requirements. After we have received back the product we will return your purchase amount as soon as possible. The shipment cost of your return are at your expense.Return Policy
If you want to return a product you must meet the following conditions:
1) The return is requested within the statutory 14 days after delivery.
2) The product is in undamaged original shoebox, and packed in a shipping box.
3) The product must be returned in original NON-USED condition; when a product is damaged and/or dirty, we will reject your return.
4) Name and Bank Account number which the return amount needs to be paid to (note this on the returnlabel) and the reason for return.
Returns procedure with account
1) Login to your account at Store.361europe at the right top of the page.
2) Once you are logged in, go to orders and check your order.
3) When checking the order choose ‘return form’.
4) Print this form, enter the reason for return and your name and bank account number to which we should return the amount.
5) Place the return and the return label including all details in the package.
6) Return the products to the return address you can find at the return form.
7) Share the trackingnumber with us by email so we can follow the package.
Returns procedure without account
1) Find the return form which is attached with your order confirmation via e-mail.
2) Print this form, enter the reason for return and your name and Bank account number to which we should return the amount.
3) Place the return and the return label including all details in the package.
4) Return the products to the return address you can find at the return form.
5) Share the trackingnumber with us by email so we can follow the package.
Did you receive a damaged product or did you discover a manufacturer's defect in your package? In order to authorize the return of a defective item, please follow the instructions below. Returns must be unworn and in the condition you received them (worn returned items will not be refunded). Defective items sent back to our warehouse without confirmation, will also not be reimbursed.
If the product is damaged or has manufacturer's defect please send us an email to email@example.com including the following details:
1) A copy of your order confirmation or order number.
2) A short description of the defect, and photo (and how it happened, if necessary).
3) After the confirmation of your return application you'll receive an email with a prepaid UPS return label.
4) You have 30 days to return your item(s) using the prepaid UPS label.
It could be possible that you ordered or received the wrong size and you want to exchange the product for another size. We accept exchanges, but we would like you to start the return procedure as usuall. See returs for our retunf procedure. After you have returned the product we'll return the money on your bankaccount. You can place a new order in the right size on our webshop.
